Mocha's puppies are 5 weeks old today! 💛🤎

The puppies are becoming little dogs instead of tiny babies. They are running, playing, wrestling with their littermates, exploring everything around them, and showing more and more of their individual personalities every day.
They are now eating puppy mash like champions and learned that water is good!!
One of the biggest milestones is that they now recognize day from night, and we have already enjoyed a few almost full nights of sleep!
Their desensitization training is going well. They are comfortable with city and street noises, construction sounds, and everyday household activity. We are still working on thunderstorm sounds, but they are making great progress.

Day 33: Last night puppies slept through the night (from 11pm to 6am). They are more active during the day.

Day 32: After-dinner shenanigans!
They played hard for quite a while, and then suddenly... everyone dropped for a nap.
They are becoming much more aware of their surroundings and are growing in confidence every day. Their desensitization training is going well, They are not bothered by street or city noises, and they are getting better with thunderstorm sounds too.
Play, eat, sleep, repeat... the Labrador puppy life is a busy one!

Day 31: Puppies graduated to the new pen with crate in the kitchen. No more whelping pen, they are big pups now.

Day 29: Some of Mocha’s puppies are upgrading from tiny whelping collars to “big puppy” collars because of their size already! They are growing so fast. Today's weight is 5 to 6 lbs.

Today they were also dewormed for the second time. They are definitely not fans of the medicine 😂 but, like true Labs, they will eat almost anything with the right amount of food mixed in. 💛🤎
