My name is Elvis and I'm down from North LA visiting family. I like to eat socks! 🧦 Good thing my owner realized I needed help and brought me to HOPE because I couldn't stop vomiting!
A double wammy, a GDV (stomach bloat and flip) and a foreign body surgery!
Elvis is making a remarkable recovery this morning! 👏 ~ Dr. Cortney Pitzer

If you guessed Hair ties (pony tail holders) you guessed right. This cat ate over 20 of them and had to have emergency surgery.
Cats love to eat things like this...string, yarn, thread, ribbon. (Anything linear and string-like). It starts as playing with it first, then sometimes it ends up where it isn't supposed to be.
*This pet made a remarkable recovery!* 👏 👌
