Using a 7-foot leash is an excellent way to maintain control and build reliability when teaching the younger dog the Fetch, Hold and Give sequence. At this length, you have enough room for a short toss while preventing the dog from running off. Keep the sessions short, younger dogs drain their mental battery quickly. If you would like more information on our training packages we offer you can message, call or email us at [email protected].

Achieving reliable off-leash freedom through proper E-collar conditioning takes a lot of patience, consistency and clear communication. It opens up a whole new world of physical exercise and mental stimulation for a dog. Dexter is loving his new found freedom on our nature path. We provide training in a natural country setting with real-world distractions like outdoor smells and unique sounds which are excellent for building true obedience for both family dogs and hunting breeds.

Just a reminder for this weekends hot weather, please keep a close eye on your furry friends!! Dogs rely mostly on panting and releasing heat through their paw pads, which makes extreme heat dangerous for them very quickly.
