YOU GUYS!
Shut the front door… do you KNOW how good it feels as a “second gen” business owner, having taken over your father-in-laws business, to receive an email like this?
We went through some big staff changes, then overall store changes earlier this year and I questioned a lot of things. It’s been difficult for me to live out Kurt’s dream, especially when I lack his knowledge.
BUT THIS… I love people and I love helping people. I love making people happy, even though it isn’t always possible. I’m trying so dang hard and people are recognizing. My staff love helping you, they love sharing their knowledge, they love seeing how excited you get- because we get excited for you!
Our maintenance clientele is growing so quickly- not just for aquariums but now terrariums too! We’re getting customers leaving their regular maintenance company to have us take care of their aquarium for them. This speaks volumes!
I was told we wouldn’t make it…we wouldn’t last long…we’d close down… yet, we’ve had customers come back that left a while back, we’re ordering more than we’ve ever ordered, selling more than we’ve ever sold, getting more positive reviews than we’ve ever gotten.
I’m just feeling so thankful… so grateful to you all. I couldn’t do this without my amazing staff, and my amazing customers.
