Kaiaka Bay outlet stuck again from debris, houses, causing the flooding upriver. We are working to get it cleared w our team,
Machines and . We asked for help from County at the last storm and didnโ€™t get it. We need to demand maintenance of the rivers and immediate access to emergency resources to keep this vital outlet always open because it is the only place that the water can flow out.
