🐶❤️ Heartworm disease is serious — but it’s also preventable!

Heartworms are spread by mosquitoes and can cause severe damage to your pet’s heart and lungs. Even indoor pets are at risk because mosquitoes can easily get inside homes.

Here’s how to keep your furry family safe:
✔️ Keep your pet on monthly heartworm prevention year-round
✔️ Schedule annual heartworm testing
✔️ Protect against mosquitoes whenever possible

Signs of heartworm disease may include:
• Coughing
• Fatigue
• Difficulty breathing
• Weight loss

The good news? Prevention is much safer, easier, and less expensive than treatment.

Ashley was known for her gentle nature, and her toys are in near-perfect condition, ready to delight your furry friends!
Stop by Texas Animal Medical Center to pick up a toy for your pet, completely free, while supplies last. We’re open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

🐶 Kennel Technician - responsible for providing care to patients and boarding pets, keeping conditions very clean and safe, feeding, walking, handling animals, etc.

🐱 Receptionist - responsible for welcoming patients and clients, scheduling appointments for multiple doctors, issuing invoices and receiving payment, ensuring the cleanliness of the front of the clinic, etc.
