An Update from BubbaTanks Mobile Grooming

We wanted to keep everyone informed about what’s been going on.

Unfortunately, we’re dealing with generator issues on our grooming bus again. At this point, we’re not exactly sure what the next week or two will look like, but please know we’re doing everything we can to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible.

To continue serving our clients with as little disruption as possible, we have a couple of temporary options:

🐾 Complimentary Pickup & Drop-Off: We’ll come to your home, pick up your dog, take them to be groomed at Jenn and Tony’s, and then bring them safely back home once their appointment is finished.

🐾 Drop-Off Discount: If you’d prefer, you can bring your dog to us and pick them up when they’re finished. We’ll gladly offer a small discount as a thank-you for helping us during this time.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and flexibility while we work through this temporary setback. Your support means everything to our family and our small business, and we’re committed to getting back to our normal mobile service as soon as possible.

NOW ACCEPTING A LIMITED NUMBER OF NEW CLIENTS

For the first time in quite a while, BubbaTanks Mobile Dog Grooming has opened a few spots for new clients!

To continue providing the level of service our current clients have come to expect, we will be carefully selecting new appointments based on:

📍 Location and route availability
🐶 Breed, size, and grooming requirements
🗓️ Flexibility with scheduling

Because we are a mobile service, flexibility is extremely important. We are typically unable to accommodate requests that require weekend-only appointments, evening-only appointments, or highly restricted scheduling windows.

Our goal is to build routes that allow us to serve our clients efficiently while providing the personalized, one-on-one care that your pets deserve.

Hey everyone — this is a little hard for us to post, but we could use some help.

As most of y’all know, the surgery and recovery have put us behind financially. I’m healing well (thankfully), but being away from work along with several unexpected expenses has definitely caused some strain while we try to get caught back up.

We’ve been blown away by all the love, prayers, meals, check-ins, and support from our family, friends, spiritual family, and clients. We’ve felt so loved through all of this, and we’re beyond grateful.

A few people asked how they could help, so we put together a GoFundMe. If you’re able to give or even just share it, it would mean a lot to us.

It is with both heavy hearts and so much pride that we announce that Cambria will be stepping away from grooming with us as she begins an exciting new chapter in her journey.

From the very beginning, we have known Cambria was someone special. While dedicating herself fully to her clients and their pets, she has also been pursuing her education and research. We are so honored to have been a step in her journey!

As many of you know, grooming is a physically demanding profession, and after years of hard work, Cambria has made the difficult decision to step back for her health. While we will deeply miss her talent, and the love she gave every dog in her care, we could not be more excited to see her pursue a doctoral program and continuing her research career.

Cambria will also be graduating with her Bachelor’s degree this August, which is such an incredible accomplishment and one we are all so proud to celebrate alongside her.

This Saturday, she leaves for her research in Honduras, then she’ll spend July in Africa for a certification! She would greatly appreciate your prayers, encouragement, and support as she takes this incredible step forward. We know she is going to do amazing things and make a difference wherever life takes her.

Thank you to all of the clients who trusted Cambria with your babies and supported her throughout her journey. We are beyond thankful that we were able to be a small part of her story, and we cannot wait to see all she accomplishes next! ❤️‍🩹🐩

Hey friends and family,

This is Tony with BubbaTanks. As many of you know, I’ll be having surgery this Friday and will be out of commission for about 2–3 weeks.

The good news is BubbaTanks will continue operating as smoothly as possible during this time. However, we won’t be taking any new bookings until I’m back and running at 100%.

If you’re an existing client and need anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Jennifer and our team will be handling messages and taking care of you while I’m away. You will be in great hands.

We truly appreciate all the love, support, and patience from our amazing clients, friends, and family. It means more than you know.

🐾 BubbaTanks Family Update 🐾

As mentioned in our post yesterday, due to the continued rise in fuel costs, we’ve had to make a small adjustment to keep things running smoothly for our mobile grooming services.

Effective today, a $10 fuel surcharge will be added to each appointment.

We never take changes like this lightly, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. You’re the reason we get to do what we love every day—taking care of your pups! 💙🐶
