What a wonderful week of Summer Horse Camp!
We had a dressage lesson by Lexi Beauchamp, a farrier visit to show horse shoeing and the many types of shoes available by JD Casagranda, an exciting barrel racer exhibition by Emma Wright , the UP Championship Rodeo Queen, Caitlin Parker, so many games and crafts and new friends made. It was topped off by a Spotted Hawk Acres Horse Show! Enjoy the photos. Videos to be posted shortly! We had a wonderful group of camper for both camps this year! Thank you to all of our guest speakers and thanks to Rikki Zahn for allowing Rosie and Dolly to visit us for the summer! Thanks to Travis for sharing Marshmallow and Lexi for sharing Ms Millie for Summer Horse Camp!

What a great first day of Summer Horse Camp! Lots of fun and excitement! Lexi Beauchamp and Millie presented an amazing mini Dressage clinic. Thank you Lexi and Millie!
We discussed safety around horses and the different types of saddles.
Of course we got to ride! Campers and their horses did super well!
