We encourage you to come in and check us out, bring the kids they will love it! Blu, the Irish Wolfhound pup and Miss Hazel the Norwegian Elkhound would love to meet everyone. There are weekly specials and drawings held every month. Discounted washes to all Service Dogs, and 2 dollars off for sandy dogs fresh off the beach. Blue needs a home... Is it yours?

Meet Blue! Blue is a Neapolitan Mastiff currently available for adoption through canecorsorescue.org! Blue is about 120lbs and at only 15 months old he still has some room to grow! This guy may be big but he is still full of puppy energy! That energy mixed with his size means he will do best in a home with no children or at the very least teenagers. Blue is very very playful and loves his girlfriend Sandy! Due to his personality we would recommend he go to a home with only submissive female dogs. He is a smart stubborn boy and really needs a home with an experienced owner who has plenty of time to put into his training, because he needs it! He is potty trained, crate trained, neutered and up to date on vaccines. Please keep in mind the bigger the dog the more money it costs to keep them well - but he is worth it!

Motley Mutts is getting busy and we need help! We are looking for a part-time bather/grooming assistant to join our team. Experience is preferred however we will train the right person. Some experience with dog handling, vet assisting, or bathing is required as well as being able to lift 50 lbs. We are looking for someone part time to start with the potential of becoming full time. Anyone need some dog training? We are putting together another training class and now is the time to sign up! We offer a 6 week class at $25 per session. This is a group class but we do offer a private class if needed. Anyone need to join this upcoming class please respond or send me a message and we will get you started!

This Saturday, December 20th the Wags for Warriors of Virginia truck will be at Car Direct all day!! Our goal is to fill the truck with dog food and toys for their rescue dogs. Wags For Warriors is a 501-C3 No-Kill Animal Shelter; and they also train Rescue Dogs for Wounded Warriors and PTSD Victims!! Come out and help us support this great cause!!!
