Beginning July 21st 2026,

There will be a $15 late pickup fee for anyone who is 1 hr or more late to pick up their pet. This is 1 hr or more after the call or text that your pet will be ready in 15/30 minutes.
2 hours-$25
3 hours-$30

2nd occurrence results in termination of future services.

Late arrival (with no communication):
30 minutes-$15
1 hr or later-reschedule

2nd occurence results in termination of future services.

I hate that I have to do this but it's becoming too frequent and has caused me to mismanage my time, subsequently affecting the spa experience for the next client and I will no longer tolerate this level of disregard for myself and my other clients.

I understand some things happen such as car trouble etc. Please express that to me ASAP so I can work with you or arrange transportation of your pet.

If you will need to leave your pet with me for an extended period of time, please discuss this with me at time of scheduling so I can schedule around your pet.

I value every client I have and strive to give each and every one the same one on one experience as the last.

One of my favorite transitions.
Gypsy came in nervous as heck! She even had a little accident and pooped her pants she was so scared. Her mama mentioned muzzling her if necessary (something i am reluctant to do and have only had to do once, after I was bit)

NOT NECESSARY because she was the best girl other than for nails and thats what the hammock is for😅

For a rescue thats only been groomed twice, she did AMAZING. She was so well behaved and is such a sweetheart.

I couldn't pick just one or two of Louie.
His momma does his hair a certain way so I was instructed to just put it up and the result was pretty funny and cute.

Louie is a special case. His mom was looking for a new groomer and found me and expressed her concerns regarding his behavior amongst other things.

I offered to come meet him in the comfort of his own home so he knew me when he walked through my door for his appointment, so i could get to know him and what to expect in general. I spent 3 hours there, playing with Louie and having the best chats with his lovely parents.

He did so very good for his groom. He was a gentleman just like he was at his home and I think my home visit helped make that possible. I'm so excited to see him and his parents again in 6 weeks!
