In 2012, Palmer Veterinary Services (ambulatory farm animal service) was started. In 2017, Dr. Palmer purchased the former Armstrong clinic and opened the domestic animal portion of the practice, and thus Vienna Veterinary Clinic has evolved! We are accepting new patients! Our pets, especially cats, can be very good at hiding symptoms of pain. Chronic arthritis and joint pain can be difficult to spot. Some signs to watch out for are things like limping/lameness, not jumping on or off furniture, laying around more than normal, over grooming or undergrooming, and trouble using the bathroom. Joint and muscle supplements like Ursolyx and Movoflex are great at helping delay and improve joint discomfort. Adequan for dogs and cats and solensia for cats are great options for arthritis as well.
