Today we’re celebrating on crazy, adorable bird! Sparky, our Yellow-naped Amazon ambassador, is officially 33 years old💚

He celebrated his big day with some of his favorite treats, plenty of attention, and of course, all the personality Sparky is known for. 🥳

The Texas Zoo is looking for vendors and community organizations to join us for TWO spooktacular events!

Booze & Brew -October 24 | 7–11 PM
A 21+ Halloween event featuring drinks, food, entertainment, shopping and plenty of spooky fun after dark!

Zoo Boo - October 31 | 12–7 PM
A family-friendly trick-or-treating event! Participating businesses and organizations will decorate a booth, interact with families, and hand out candy or offer a simple kid-friendly activity.
