Michigander Kennels

Congrats, Riggs and Wentworth! We’ve had the honor of boarding K9 Riggs many times over the years. Enjoy your retirement, buddy. ❤️

In 2020 Portage Officer Wentworth and I went to Shallow Creek Kennels and picked out K9 Riggs.
I trained them for 6 weeks, getting them certified to work the road.
K9 Riggs and Officer Wentworth had a stellar career!
Today, K9 Riggs retired from police work. Riggs will enjoy the rest of his days relaxing at home, while Sgt. Wentworth will still be working the road.

Guess what opens back up next week?! Doggy Daycare is back! Now that the kids are back to school, many have mentioned the need for their doggo to get some socialization and playtime. Our Doggy Daycare runs on Wednesdays from 7:00AM to 6:00 PM. Sign-ups occur online at www.MichiganderKennels.com

The construction on Sprinkle is past S Ave and Nash. If you are coming from Portage you should have no hold-ups to get to us. Friends coming from Vicksburg may still need to dodge around a bit, but it looks like they are paving from S to TU right now!

Looking forward to seeing all of our Daycare friends again, starting next week, October 7th!

Premium overnight boarding and Doggy Daycare featuring heated floors, climate-controlled kennels, and dedicated exercise yards for group play in a safe, country landscape. We are located in Vicksburg, Michigan, just a few short miles from Portage and Scotts.
