**Will be available to try at Congress**

SingleBarrelWhizkey is looking for his next person. He will make a great Rookie, Green, youth/short stirrup, or limited nonpro horse.

He is a big strong gelding, very easy and consistent. Great mind, not complicated and pretty! Please reach out with any questions or video requests. Located in Versailles, Kentucky.

One of the things we appreciate most about Lakeside Arena, Bruce Brown, and the Kentucky Reining Horse Association is that the show experience is about more than what happens in the arena.

It’s a place where kids can compete and make friends. They run around between classes and just be kids. That kind of environment doesn’t happen by accident.

We’re grateful for a facility and an association where our kids can grow up around good horses, good people, and a whole lot of good fun along the way.

(It helps the grown-ups have more fun, too… clearly😂)

The horses had the right idea and got their naps in at Lakeside Arena. The people are still working on the recovery part after a fun and successful weekend with the Kentucky Reining Horse Association!

We had a great time at TNRHA and are proud of our horses and riders for bringing the heat in and out of the show pen!

🌹 RC TwoDozenRoses & Elijah McQuerry — Money-earning run in the Open Futurity L1! We are excited to see how Willow continues to grow over this futurity season.

✨ Ticket To Tinseltown & Elijah McQuerry, for Jessica Heskel — 3rd place and money earner in ARC Limited Open, 4th place and money earner in Limited Open, plus a Top 10 in ARC Intermediate Open!

🗑️ JuJuzz Talk N Trash & Meredith — Top 10 in Novice Horse NP L1! [The trashcan emoji has us 🤣]

🥃 SingleBarrelWhizkey & Chelsea Thomas — 4th in Rookie I on Thursday and several more solid runs throughout the weekend! (On Friday, Chelsea and Meredith tied for the highest score in their Rookie set. A big thank-you to TNRHA for finding fun ways to recognize riders with the set awards. It made an already great show even more fun!)

⭐ Rauri Otten & Sloane McQuerry both put together solid runs in their youth divisions and are looking ready to turn up the heat again in September. Rauri & Gamorra also brought home 3rd place in Short Stirrup!

We may have melted a little in Tennessee, but it was worth it! 😎

🔥 Congratulations to everyone on a great show, and thank you to TNRHA and show sponsors for a fun weekend. We look forward to seeing you all in Kentucky for the September show at Lakeside!

✨Milestones & Memories✨

The Clayton Classic gave us plenty to celebrate this weekend.

🏆 Ticket to Tinseltown added just under $800 in earnings, finishing 3rd in the Limited Open, Level 2, and Level 4 Maturity, pushing her lifetime earnings past $12,000!

🎓 Sophia Cairo also reached a milestone, competing in her last youth class and show of the season before heading off to college. We can’t wait to see what comes next for her.

💕 Thanks to the generosity of Chelsea Thomas and Jessica Heskel, short stirrup rider Lucy Hundley got to show SingleBarrelWhizkey (owned by Chelsea) using Jessica’s saddle and show pad to perfectly match Lucy’s pink shirt. Watching Lucy’s excitement and gratitude reminded all of us what this sport is really about.

🐴 Mike Cairo got his own victory lap… lead-line style… aboard Sophia’s horse, Girl With A Magnum. Safe to say he wore that smile the whole way around.

🦄 Ryan Brisset and his pony Oh Deer tackled their first pattern class together. A pony named “Oh Deer” is already hard not to love, and this pair had everyone cheering.

🎬Rauri and Gamorra had their first weekend together at a show. After just a few months together, this duo is quickly growing stronger.

🎉 Sloane celebrated more than a win - she celebrated a birthday! Her horse show friends surprised her by decorating the tack stall with banners, bling, and plenty of birthday spirit.

There are so many more moments we could share, but we’d probably hit Facebook’s character limit. 😂

Congratulations to everyone on a wonderful weekend. These are the moments that make us look forward to the next show. 🤍🐴
