🚨 IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL NOTICE 🚨
Wedgewood Pharmacy has issued a nationwide, voluntary recall of nearly 4,000 compounded products due to potential potency issues (meaning medications may be subpotent—too weak—or superpotent—too strong).
Out of this massive nationwide recall, our clinics had only 4 specific medications within the included recalled lot numbers distributed to clients.
🛑 What You Should Do If You Have an Affected Medication:
1. Stop using the medication immediately, but do not throw it away. Keep the product on hand.
2. Contact Wedgewood's recall services directly at 866-562-5931 (Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET, Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET) to coordinate a refund or replacement.
