Part Time Leasing Consultant position available for a 700+ unit complex in Vernon- Santini Villa Apartments & The Grand Lofts.
(Tuesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am- 3pm).
Job Qualifications include, but not limited to:
*Included in the overall responsibility of leasing apartments is taking telephone inquiries, replying to email inquiries, greeting prospects, showing apartments, accepting applications, verifying information and follow-up of all prospects.
*Meet and greet prospects/current residents in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
*Conversion of telephone and walk-in prospects to leases, resulting in maintained and increased occupancy.
*Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies.
*Qualifying prospects by determining their needs and desirability.
*Strong and assertive sales skills.
*Must have excellent and proven customer service, phone/email, communication and administrative skills.
*Energetic, able to multitask, work independently, have excellent attention to detail and ability to work as a team member.
*Leasing experience a plus, training available.
*Part Time- $25.00 per hour.
*Vacation and Sick time (after 4 months)
