To enjoy this beautiful fall weather we took a quick day trip to the Bob Marshall Wilderness. First time for this kind of thing for two of the younger horses but they did great. It was so much fun to get out and enjoy family, nature and trusty mounts…extra bonus that we didn’t even see a bear 🐻!

Here is another broodmare available now that we are no longer maintaining a herd stallion and broodmare band. Riding and confirmation pics are several years old.
Angel Sparkles Angel Sparkles 2011 Palomino Roan 14.3 hh, 6 panel clean and has always thrown babies bigger than herself.

We loved having "Rosa" in our broodmare band for consistently throwing size, looks, movement and athleticism. She was green broke before we started breeding her. She is super smooth to ride, quick, athletic and turns head wherever she goes. She is good to catch, lead, load, tie, trim and vaccinate. She has bred back easy and foaled unassisted and is a great mom. Granddaughter of the great mare, Sparkles Rosezana LTE $123,380 and 258+ AQHA Points including NRHA Open Futurity and Intermediate Non Pro Reserve World Champion, AQHA World Champion Junior Reining, Senior Heading, Reserve World Champion Senior Working Cow Horse and Senior Reining. She was the all time leading NRHA mare.
We are so impressed with Rosa's foals for their stunning looks, athletic ability and size. We will be sad to see her find a new pasture.
She is confirmed in foal for spring 2027 by Sweet Sun of a Gun, son of Playgun. Located in Vaughn, MT and 💰X,###.

2020 Gray Stallion. 15.2hh
Sweet Sun of a Gun is an own son of the great Playgun LTE $183,538 and out of a daughter of Mr Sun O lena. Barn named "Quigley" we love his size, confirmation, bone and feet, and especially his disposition! Quigley already has an AQHA performance record in roping, and shortly after he made the trip from Oklahoma to Montana our 12 year old son rode him in a roping clinic. At the clinic he carried several riders, all at different levels and was a complete gentleman and sweetheart. He entered training with Justin Warneke to continue roping and limited Versatility Ranch Horse classes. Quigley has attended limited local shows with VRH classes with Ranch Trail and Ranch Riding and took everything in stride as well as continuing with his roping. His foals are big and thick with bone, conformation and good attitudes. He has been used pasture breeding two summers with great success. Unfortunately our family has decided to liquidate our breeding stock so he is now available 💵 3️⃣X,###. Located in Vaughn, MT.

2021 Bay Roan (Homozygous Roan)
Canary was born later in the season but she didn't let that slow her down. When halter breaking she showed incredible intelligence and learned so quickly. Both her parents are talented riding horses and we expect her to be the same. Canary is quick on her feet and shows lots of promise. Unfortunately she ended up on the back burner and didn't get started under saddle right away. Her training was sporadic but she spent last summer ranching in NE Montana. They said even though her training wasn't very far along, she was willing and picked up her job. Canary is 6 panel clean and homozygous roan.
Canary is confirmed in foal to Sweet Sun of a Gun for spring 2027. 💰1️⃣✌️,###

As summer comes to an end we will be weaning foals soon. This is a bittersweet time for us as our family has made the decision to also start a new season in our personal lives that won’t include continuing on with our breeding program. We will not be keeping a stallion or broodmares and as such will be updating our website over the next week with available horses. Some have already been spoken for or are pending, but our stallion, a few mares (already confirmed in foal for next spring) and a handful of younger stock are on the list.
We are so grateful to those who have supported us and are enjoying horses from our program. We hope they bring you as much joy as they have to us. If you are looking, please reach out and see what we have.
