Meet Chief. 🐾

Chief came to us through our Behavioral Therapy Program. His family was at a crossroads, facing one of the hardest decisions a dog owner can make.

Today he’s calmer, more confident, and obeys every command the first time. But what we love most about Todd’s words is this: they still watch Chief closely and follow the training.

We just finished another transfer of training and it’s a super important part of what we do here at SongDog. 🐾

For our 2, 3, and 4 Week Programs, owners return to the farm to learn how to handle, communicate, and continue the training at home.

For our VIP Puppy Program, transfer training is done in the home so we can help puppies transition directly into their everyday environment and routine.

Training doesn’t stop when the program ends, the goal is making sure both the dog and the owner are set up for long-term success.💙

We just finished a transfer of training here at SongDog and can’t wait to welcome our new class tomorrow.

British Labradors have become a favorite for families looking for a dog that’s intelligent, adaptable, and easy to live with day to day. 🐾

They’re known for their calmer demeanor, smaller build, and strong willingness to work and connect with people which also makes them incredible candidates for training.

We breed one litter of British Labradors every year and will have more information about our 2026 litter in the coming months. 🤍🐾
