🌼🐾 A little tradition, a lot of love. 🐾🌼

Día de los Mu***os is a time to remember and honor the loved ones who have passed, keeping their memory close by welcoming them back through stories, photographs, flowers, and offerings. And of course, our beloved pets are part of that family, too. 🧡

We invite you to join us as we create a 🕯community altar 🕯honoring the pets who have left paw prints on our hearts.

🐶🐱 Bring a photo of your beloved pet to place on the altar, and we’ll provide marigolds for you to add alongside their picture. 🌼

Come share in this beautiful tradition, and help us celebrate the lives and memories of those we love — four-legged. 🐶🐱🧡

📅 October 25th | 1–4 PM

We’d be honored to share this tradition and remembrance with our community. 🌼🕯️🐾

A little life update from our little shop. ❤️🐾

This week is bringing some pretty big changes around here.

Our parking lot is being repaved, which means things may look a little different and getting to us may be a little less convenient for a few days. And at the same time, Lindsey is heading in for her induction as we get ready to welcome our first baby. 🥹❤️

So while we’re a little unsure of what the next few weeks will look like for the shop, we’re feeling incredibly grateful and excited for what’s happening in our family.

We also want to be honest with you: uncertainty is hard for a small business. We don’t know exactly how construction will affect our customer flow, and we’re heading into a season of a lot of change.

If you need food, treats, toys, or supplies for your pets, choosing to shop with us right now would mean a lot. Not because we want you to spend money you don’t have or buy something you don’t need — but because when you do need something, where you choose to spend those dollars really does matter.

Your purchase helps support a small, local shop. It helps support our family. And it helps us continue creating the kind of pet-centered community that we’ve dreamed about building here.

You’re not just shopping with us. You’re helping us stay here. 🐾

And we don't intend on going anywhere. ❤️

We have some really fun things planned for October and can’t wait to share them with you. We’ll be learning a new rhythm as we become moms, but our commitment to this community isn’t changing. If anything, we’re even more excited to see what we can build together.

Thank you for continuing to show up for us, for our little shop, and for the community we’re building one visit at a time.

We’re so grateful you’re here! 🐶🐱❤️

Small businesses don’t always talk about the hard parts… but we want to be honest with our community. ❤️

The next few weeks are uncertain for us, and with our parking lot being repaved September 21–24, we know getting to our shop may be a little more difficult.

We’re still open, still here, and still doing our best. But right now, your support means more than you know.

If your furry family member needs food, treats, or supplies, we’d love to see you. 🐾 Even a small purchase helps. Sharing this post helps. Telling a friend about us helps.

We don’t expect anyone to do more than they can — we just want you to know that when you choose our little shop, you’re helping a real local business keep its doors open.

Thank you for being part of our community. We truly couldn’t do this without you. ❤️

✨ The time has come… but ONLY temporarily. ✨

Today, 09/06, will be our last Sunday for nail trims for the time being. 🥹🐾

As with first-time pregnancies, you don’t really know until you know… and well, let’s just say we woke up today and said, “Yep…today’s the last day for nail trims.” 🥹

We might be over-sharers, but we’ve never wanted to be just a pet store. We consider you our community, and we love sharing not only the milestones of For Pup Sake, but the bigger milestones we experience as people and, most importantly, as a family. ❤️

Right now, our family is getting ready to welcome a very tiny, very loved new member. 🍼🐾 So we’re pressing pause on Sunday nail trims while we figure out our new normal.

We don’t know exactly when they’ll return, but this is absolutely not goodbye for nail trims. We’ll keep you posted!

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for giving us the same grace and kindness you so often give your pets. ❤️

We’re so grateful you’ve allowed us to grow from a little pet store into something that feels much more like a community.

Come see us today for one last puppy pedicure for a while! 💅🐶

10AM–1PM • Cash Only • First Come, First Served

With love,
The For Pup Sake Family 🐾❤️
