Where are we when we're not growing plants or tending to goats and chickens? Weeding. Watering. Saving tadpoles. Cutting scapes. More weeding.

Nevermind we also have community and work commitments like the rest of the globe!

We're doing apples four ways (five if you count the scraps going to the goats).

Some we enjoy immediately. Some take more time.

Apple crisp for a lovely desert with tonight's dinner.

Individual apple pies to accompany tomorrow's breakfast.

Dehydrated apples to last all winter in delicious snacks.

Apple cider vinegar ready in about six weeks.
