Happy Caturday from our new friend, Leo!

Leo stopped by earlier this week for his first-ever kitten exam, and he was basically the definition of a perfect patient.

He was sweet, curious, and very cooperative… although we may have had a little help from the treat jar. 👀

Treats or not, Leo was a 10/10 good boy and completely stole our hearts.

✨ STAFF SHOUTOUT! ✨

Everyone, meet Dr. Robinson! We are so excited to welcome her to the Columbia Veterinary Center family! 🐾

Dr. Robinson joined us in July and has been a veterinarian for 15 years. Born right here in the Pacific Northwest, she lived on Vashon Island before moving to Honolulu, Hawaii when she was 9 years old. Talk about the best of both worlds!

One of Dr. Robinson’s favorite parts of veterinary medicine is seeing urgent care appointments, which is perfect because we now offer same-day urgent care exams! Whether your pet has an unexpected “uh-oh” moment or just needs to be seen sooner rather than later, Dr. Robinson is happy to help.

A few fun facts about Dr. Robinson:

🐱 She has two cats
🍂 Her favorite season is fall, but she does not like pumpkin spice lattes and that's okay!

Everyone, meet Dr. Briggler! She joined the Columbia Veterinary Center team in July, and we’re so excited to have her here!

Dr. Briggler grew up just outside of Portland and completed both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees at Oregon State University. 🧡

She’s passionate about veterinary medicine because she loves problem-solving and making a positive impact in the lives of so many animals.

At home, she has one adorable orange cat named Amanita, whose favorite pastimes include climbing the kitchen cabinets and screaming at her reflection in the mirror. 🐈

When she’s not caring for your pets, Dr. Briggler enjoys reading, playing video games, crocheting, and hiking.

Buddah has been coming in for his laser therapy sessions, and he’s officially got the look down! 😎

Okay… maybe his safety goggles are a little upside down, but we’re giving him an A+ for effort.

We love seeing this sweet boy come in for his treatments and do his part to feel his best! 💙✨

Barry stopped by for his arthritis injection and brought nothing but good vibes and a nonstop wagging tail 🥹🤎 Apparently, vet visits are no big deal when you’re this good of a boy. 10/10 performance, Barry. 🐾
