It’s officially 1 month until the Fourth of July!

Our friend Winnie the Pyrenees wanted to give a friendly reminder that while fireworks are fun for us, they can be overwhelming and frightening for many pets. If your pet has a history of anxiety during storms, fireworks, or loud noises, now is the perfect time to start preparing.

Please keep in mind:
🐾 Anxiety medication requests and refills should be made early
🐾 Pets must be up to date on their exam for doctors to prescribe many medications
🐾 Processing times for prescription requests can take 48–72 business hours, and appointment availability may become limited as the holiday gets closer

Planning ahead helps ensure your pet stays as safe, comfortable, and stress-free as possible during the holiday festivities.

A few additional Fourth of July safety reminders:
✨ Keep pets indoors and secure during fireworks
✨ Double-check that collars, ID tags, and microchip information are current
✨ Provide a quiet, comfortable space where they can feel safe

We’re happy to help make this holiday a little less stressful for both you and your pets 🐶🐱

This 10-week-old Labrador Retriever came in for his very first puppy visit on Saturday and had the puppy dog eyes mastered before he even learned all his commands. We fear he knows he's cute... and he's absolutely using it to his advantage. 🐾✨

Meet our newest hire: Thomas. 🧡🐱

We asked him to put some medical notes into the computer and immediately realized he may have lied on his resume.

His qualifications include:
✨ Being orange
✨ Causing chaos
✨ Looking adorable while doing it

To be fair, Thomas is only 8 weeks old, prefers naps over paperwork, and seems to think walking across the keyboard counts as charting. We may need to schedule some additional training sessions. 📋🐾

Welcome to the family, Thomas!

Remember little Antonio? 🥹🐾

Well… this is him now!!! Time flies when you’re busy growing up and being the cutest puppy ever 💕

One of our favorite things is getting to watch our patients grow through every stage of puppyhood, from tiny baby visits to confident big pups with huge personalities. Antonio has grown so much, and we love getting to be part of his journey ✨
