IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING APPOINTMENTS

I need to address an ongoing issue that is now affecting both my schedule and the reputation of my business.

I have recently had multiple clients marked as no-shows, only to discover that they mistakenly went to a different grooming salon. More concerning, their dogs were accepted and groomed even though they were not actually scheduled with that business, and the client was not made aware that they were at the wrong salon.

Unfortunately, when the finished groom does not meet the client’s expectations, Oh My Dawg is then being associated with and, in some cases, blamed for work that I did not perform.

I have worked very hard to build my business and reputation, and I stand behind the quality of every groom that leaves Oh My Dawg. I cannot, however, stand behind or accept responsibility for services performed by another grooming salon.

Please verify that you are at Oh My Dawg before leaving your dog. If a salon does not have your appointment on its schedule, I strongly encourage you to confirm where your appointment was made before allowing your dog to be groomed.

I appreciate everyone helping me clear up this confusion. Protecting the quality of my work, my clients’ appointments, and the reputation I have spent years building is extremely important to me.

Good morning my amazing pet parents. I’ve got some exciting news, I am back in the salon and ready to get those pups all fluffy and cute and ready for the fall season! I am now currently accepting new clientele, but remember, I’m not actually on Main Street, I am on Main Street where 64 Highway meets 🐶 I’m 2 business away from La Huerta, but If you remember the old DJ’s burger barn, I’m just right past that in the Three Point Plaza and boy does Van Buren miss those amazing burgers 🍔 Can’t wait to see you and all the four legged best friends 🐾

I hate that I have to do this, but I will be out of the Salon, I am hoping until Friday. I have been put on temporary bedrest, I will get everyone rescheduled and back in as soon as I can! I appreciate you all much for understanding 🐾🐾
