IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING APPOINTMENTS

I need to address an ongoing issue that is now affecting both my schedule and the reputation of my business.

I have recently had multiple clients marked as no-shows, only to discover that they mistakenly went to a different grooming salon. More concerning, their dogs were accepted and groomed even though they were not actually scheduled with that business, and the client was not made aware that they were at the wrong salon.

Unfortunately, when the finished groom does not meet the client’s expectations, (I) Raven Paws, is then being associated with and in some cases blamed for work that I did not perform.

I have worked very hard to build my business and reputation, I stand behind the quality of every groom that leaves Raven Paws. I cannot however, stand behind or accept responsibility for services performed by another grooming salon.

Please verify that you are at Raven Paws before leaving your dog. If a salon does not have your appointment on its schedule, I strongly encourage you to confirm where your appointment was made before allowing your dog to be groomed.

With the new school year starting, my grooming schedule will be more limited than usual, especially for my larger dogs.
