I have a 24-hour cancellation policy to help keep my schedule running smoothly.

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) → 25% fee
• No-shows → 100% of the grooming fee required before rebooking

When a spot can’t be filled last minute, I don’t get paid—so I truly appreciate your understanding!!
