First canning of 2021... 15 pints of homemade spaghetti sauce. I think this is the best batch I have ever made. This sauce was so much thicker, which is what I wanted. (Used only Roma tomatoes) I cooked this down 50% to get all of the water out, then added onions, garlic, mushrooms, bell peppers and spices.
This was all from tomatoes I put in freezer in July. 🍅 😊 Happy New Year All!

Hello Facebook friends. It’s that time of year, to stock up on our farm goodies for Thanksgiving next week or to fill those Holiday gift baskets. Limited quantities on all items and can be picked up at the farm. (Cash or check)
