🎉 BIG NEWS FOR WALK THE WALK! 🐾

We’re thrilled to announce that Walk the Walk Professional Pet Care has been named a finalist in TWO categories for the Valrico FishHawk Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year Awards!

🏆 Medium Business of the Year Finalist

🏆 Minority-Owned Business of the Year Finalist (Woman-Owned)

And what perfect timing, as we just celebrated 10 YEARS in business! 💚

Over the last decade, we’ve grown from a small dog walking business into a dedicated team of pet care professionals serving hundreds of local families. Through it all, our mission has remained the same: providing exceptional, dependable pet care while building meaningful relationships with the pets and people in our community.

These nominations are a reflection of the incredible team behind Walk the Walk, the clients who continue to put their trust in us, and the community that has supported us along the way.

A huge thank-you to the Valrico FishHawk Chamber of Commerce for this recognition! We’re honored to be considered alongside so many wonderful local businesses.

🗳️ Voting is open October 19 – December 1, 2026, exclusively for Valrico FishHawk Chamber members. We’d be grateful for your support!

10 years down, and we’re just getting started! 🐾

10 years of walking the Walk!

Our hearts are still so full after celebrating on Friday.

Seeing so many faces we love, our family, clients and pups who came out to celebrate with us, and our chamber friends who made this milestone even more special 💛

When we started Walk the Walk back in 2016, we had no idea just how many wonderful people (and four-legged friends!) would become part of our story. My parents ( my OG team ) and I, stumbled through the early days together, figuring it all out as we went!

Ten years later, we’re surrounded by an incredible team, loyal clients, supportive local businesses, and a community that continues to show up for us.

To everyone who came out, helped make the day possible, or has supported us somewhere along the way thank you for being part of our journey🤍
