Shari is a USDF L Graduate with Distinction, USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist, and FEI trainer and coach. This is a wonderful opportunity to receive feedback, refine your test preparation, and continue building confidence in the dressage arena. 🐴

🐴 Rider spots are nearly full! Auditing spots are still available for those who would like to watch, learn, and take away valuable insights for their own riding.

So much of horsemanship is preparation. The hours spent in the saddle, the small victories in training, the lessons learned through setbacks, and the trust built one ride at a time all help prepare us and our horses for what lies ahead.

But even the most careful preparation cannot guarantee a perfect outcome. Our responsibility is to put in the work, care for our horses faithfully, and trust God with the things beyond our control.

Whether we're heading into the show ring or working through a challenging day at home, may we remember that preparation matters, but our faith is bigger than any single result.

Do the work. Trust the process. Leave the outcome to God. 🤍

Some horses do more than teach you how to ride. They introduce you to an entire world. ❤️

Meet Blaze, one of Empire Farms, LLC incredible lesson horses who has helped introduce more than 100 people to the Arabian horse and all the possibilities this breed has to offer.

This year, Blaze took Libby Nelson on a journey of her own, bringing her to her very first Arabian shows, including Regionals and Sport Horse Nationals. Together, they earned a Regional Championship and went on to achieve a Reserve National Championship! 🏆

But Blaze’s impact goes far beyond the ribbons. He represents exactly what the Arabian Horse Association’s Discovery Farm program is all about: creating opportunities for people to experience the Arabian horse, build confidence, discover a new community, and fall in love with this incredible breed.

We are so grateful for the lesson horses who make these first experiences possible, and Blaze, you have certainly left your hoofprints on a lot of hearts. 🐴❤️

Good saddle fitting is about more than the saddle itself. It's about continuing to learn, understanding the horse as a whole, and staying curious about how we can better support our equine partners. 🤎

We're excited to highlight Elevated Saddlefit, LLC, whose approach is grounded in continued education, professional mentorship, and a commitment to understanding the horse beyond the saddle.

From her certification through to her ongoing Society of Master Saddlers apprenticeship, she continues to invest in her education while remaining an independent saddle fitter.

In horse training, we know that results don't come from simply talking about our goals. They come from showing up every day, putting in the work, and building a foundation one ride at a time. Progress isn't always flashy, and sometimes the smallest steps forward are the ones that matter most.

Our walk with God requires that same intentionality. It's not enough to simply hear His Word—we have to live it out through our actions, our choices, and how we treat those entrusted to us.

As we continue our October challenge of reading one chapter of Proverbs each day, we're reminded that faith, like horsemanship, is built through consistent practice. Keep showing up, keep learning, and trust that the work you're putting in matters. ❤️

One of the best parts of Sport Horse Nationals wasn’t just the ribbons — it was watching our entire team celebrate every single one. 🤍

Anna Crocker and King earned a Top Ten at Sport Horse Nationals, and while this moment belongs to them, it also represents something bigger: the people, horses, families, trainers, and friends who cheer each other on every step of the way.

At Empire Farms, LLC, we truly believe that it’s more fun when we all win. 🏆

A good show season isn’t about keeping score against the person beside you. It’s about celebrating the hard work, being there for the nerves and the big moments, cheering from the rail, lending a hand when someone needs it, and genuinely being excited when your teammate succeeds.

That spirit made SHN so special this year — and it’s something we hope to carry with us long after the last ribbon has been hung.

Here’s to a team that celebrates each other, supports each other, and makes the wins that much sweeter. 🤍

This October, we’re taking on a simple challenge: 31 days. 31 chapters of Proverbs. One chapter each day.

Good horse training is built on consistency. We don’t teach something once and expect our horses to carry it perfectly forever. We repeat, reinforce, listen, adjust, and continue putting the right things in front of them until the lesson becomes part of the foundation.

Our walk with God is much the same.

Just as we invest time and consistency into developing our horses, we want to be intentional about developing ourselves through God’s Word. Proverbs gives us wisdom for how we lead, how we respond, and how we steward the people and animals entrusted to us.

A little look back at a very special day at 🤎

Our Barn Party was a celebration of friends, family, our riders, and a 2026 show season we’ll never forget. What better way to wrap up the year than gathering together to celebrate all of the hard work, growth, and success our riders have poured into their horses this season?

There has been so much to celebrate — and even more to be grateful for. We are incredibly thankful for our friends & family who came out to share in this special day and for every person who has been part of the Empire Farms, LLC family along the way.

A huge thank you to our friends, family, riders, and supporters for helping make this season so memorable. We’re grateful to have you here. 🤎

While the celebration was a special gathering for our Empire Farms, LLC community, the barn is not yet open to the public as we continue putting the finishing touches on everything. We’re taking our time to make this space everything we’ve dreamed it could be, and we can’t wait to serve our local Valparaiso and DeMotte community in the near future.

Here’s to celebrating what we’ve accomplished, the people who helped us get here, and everything still ahead. 🐴✨

“I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation…” — Philippians 4:12

Horse training has a way of teaching us this lesson over and over again. Some days, the connection feels effortless. Other days, the lead changes aren’t there, the ride doesn’t go as planned, and progress feels a little harder to find.

But whether we’re celebrating a breakthrough or working through a difficult season, we are never doing it alone.

The truth is, we are rich—not because of the ribbons, the horses, or the accomplishments, but because of the people God has placed in our corner. The trainers who keep teaching, the barn family who keeps encouraging, the friends who understand the highs and lows, and the people who remind us to keep going when we need it most.

Paul reminds us that contentment doesn’t come from our circumstances. It comes from Christ, who gives us strength for every season.

So whether today brings a beautiful ride or a humbling one, we can be grateful. We can keep learning. We can keep showing up. And we can remember just how rich we truly are. 🤍🐴
