Here’s a buck that we tracked in the 2024-25 season for our friends at Hunters Advantage. Great bunch of guys! Carrie and Cypress led this track off, followed up by myself and Bois d’ Arc. Cypress made the recovery and made the hunter very very happy. Be sure and watch the whole video, you won’t want to miss these two good bucks. 🏹🦌🦮

Here’s Sequoia and Banyan’s lines from this morning. Sequoia’s is the green and blue, 800 yds, and Banyan’s is the white and blue, 700 yds. Tough goin for the girls today, but in the end, they got it done.

Here’s Banyan and Carrie’s track from this morning. It started off really good, and for the most part she worked hard to stay with the line. We let her work the scent pools til she reacquired, she made many checks, but she did struggle in areas. The biggest problem on the whole track, was the wind. On her last turn, she didn’t even get to it before she air scented the line diagonal to the left, cutting off the whole corner off the track. To make things worse, while I was laying the line, my whole roll of pink marking tape came unrolled, and before we even realized it, she got really tangled up in it causing quite a mess. I had to set my phone down twice to help get her untangled and as soon as I picked it back up, my phone cut off the rest of the track, except about the last three seconds of it, which I just deleted that part. When she got tangled up, by the time we almost had it undone, she shut down. Once it was fully off of her, Carrie sent her back to work, and she was ready. She took the remaining 150-200 yds right to the hide at the end. Just like I thought, both girls struggled with scent pools, and wind, but still managed to find their hides at the end of their lines. It was a tough, but great job by both Banyan and Sequoia. On to testing next weekend…. 🦌🦮
