Here we are!! Last official performance event for Go Dog Photo to photograph!
Being my last event, I will make an effort to photograph all participants, but ONLY pre-orders are guaranteed.

Everyone has a camera! But...do you know what to do after the picture? Lately, I'm seeing both new people and some who are good photographers working and selling photos both - and they don't really understand digital photography. Pixels, ratios, dynamic range, whites, blacks - you get it!

I'm not here to tell you that you MUST edit a certain way, or shoot on manual vs an auto mode, whatever works for you to get the photo you want is what is exactly right!! But, unlike film days, labs are no longer processing the photos - YOU ARE. Do you really understand how to do it?

Let me help you understand Adobe Lightroom and/or Adobe Photoshop so you can get the most out of your photos. Not using these programs? You can sign up for an "understanding digital photography" lesson - I can still help you to understand the basics of digital images - regardless of the programs you choose to use.

An iPhone 17 pro produces 24mp images - many pro DSLR and Mirrorless cameras offer 24mp images - do you know the difference? They both say the same thing, but are they? What makes the difference? Let me help you understand why they will look different depending on how you choose to use them.

Just a reminder to all performance sport participants, Valley Center Dog Dock and friends, my last dock diving event was a blast, but retiring from shooting performance events does not mean retiring 100%. I will still be doing portraits (Up coming special event to be posted soon) as well as composites, banners, trading cards, ads and other graphics. Always feel free to reach out!

We are less than 2 weeks away from the Valley Center Dog Dock Memorial Day event! This will be Go Dog Photo's LAST dock diving event - planned, ever since announcing my retirement! You MUST let me know you want photos taken. ONLY pre-registration online or onsite, or letting me know at the event in person will guarantee photos.
Pre-orders are also being taken along with Pre-Registration. There will still be package and tier pricing discounts after the event, but pre-orders guarantee you the best pricing.

***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM GO DOG PHOTO***
My playing around with a semi-retirement from performance sports, conformation and ringside is over! I AM retired from any future jobs I have not already committed to! This was not an easy decision to come to, but I have many other plans in my future that I want to focus on and improve. One of those will be portraits. Action portraits, posed portraits and natural lighting portraits. I do not intend to open or run a studio, all portraits will be done at custom chosen locations.
After all current galleries have expired I will likely do a complete revamp of the website to focus more on just portraits - or close it altogether and roll it into my Gloria Anderson Photography site where you can find all of my wildlife, landscape and travel images. I look forward to expanding my portrait sessions outside of the desert - so watch for shoots in both CA and NV in the future.
