We appreciate your patience as we fully transitioned to our new communications platform. We are excited to announce that our new app, Otto, is up and running and we can be reached by text again at our clinic number, 316-755-0189. We do still have our patient portals, those wont change. Both applications offer a unique set of benefits to our amazing clients.

As we transition from our old communications platform with PetDesk to our new communications platform with Otto today our texting line will be down temporarily. We will be reachable by text at 316-755-0189 starting first thing tomorrow but for any urgent messages please call the clinic and press option 3 at 316-755-0189 to speak to a team member or send us an email at [email protected] and we will get you taken care of!

Why bother with presentation when you can go straight to the source? No garnish, no middleman - just pure, unfiltered cheese enthusiasm.

At this point, we’re just here taking notes from the professionals. 🐾

When Dr. Elder says “just a little dewormer,” but Chesney heard “gourmet cheese tasting.” 🧀🐾

This sweet golden boy didn’t even question it, he just signed right up for the cheese-on-a-stick experience and left no crumbs (or meds) behind. 10/10 would take again.

Pro tip: if it’s covered in cheese, it’s basically fine dining. Only the best for our patients!
