My next hand surgery is scheduled for OCT 24, 2025. I aim to complete as many tasks as possible prior to the procedure. Please note that I may not be fully operational by Thanksgiving, and therefore, cannot guarantee my availability for full grooms. I will require constant assistance to hold dogs during the recovery period, both while wearing a cast and a brace. However, I may consider partial grooms or baths during the week leading up to Thanksgiving. I look forward to a healthier, surgery-free 2026.

Hello 👋
I have resumed part-time work and we have gradually increased our dog care services from 3-4 dogs per day to almost 8. 🐕
Two new staff members are ready to join our team, which will enable us to accept normal bookings soon. For those who were unsure if we had resumed operations, I would like to confirm that yes, we are back. ✔️
However, I will continue to decline requests for new larger dogs due to the limitations of our setup and physical capabilities.
I still require surgery on my other hand but cannot schedule it yet as I am only 70% healed from the previous surgery.

Hello everyone! I'm in the process of recovering from my hand surgery this week.

I just want everybody to please be patient as I am working with someone and their staff to come and help on the days that they are available.
They are going to be able to help on Sundays and Mondays, and we'll start on the 6th. I plan to be in there with them so that I can help check in and check out and let them know exactly how we groom to your specs.

Please, please, I iterate this strongly, call me and let me know if you are not going to be able to do those days and you plan on calling someone else.
I just got off the phone with a client that had an appointment with me in April, and she didn't know, at the time we were trying to get this going, and she called somebody off of the forums in the Rita Ranch/Vail area, and they came and did a groom out of their trunk of their car. Yes, her car... She questioned it and (this person who I'm gonna remain nameless, but I know exactly who it is) said that they were perfectly fine. She spent twenty minutes and gave the dog back to them. Shame on this person for doing this to people, and for telling them that they get rave reviews.

That's a wrap for 2024!

We ended the day with a new doodle. She was so good, and we can't blame her for it taking so long for her tight curls. Hope they like it.
