Pits R' Us All Breed Rescue and Adoptions We rescue all breeds of animals. We are a small group of volunteers and foster homes. www.pitsrus.org

All of our companion pets have been neutered or spayed and given all current vaccinations. This also provides the community with healthier animals and aids in the reduction of the outspread of illness and future homeless offspring. WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, most of the animals listed here are either in foster care, or at a dog boarding facility, or still at an animal shelter and posted on our site as

a courtesy posting only. The adoption fee for animals being adopted by Pits R' Us can range from $25 -$150 (for cats & kittens) and $150-$450 (for puppies & dogs) and depends on the animal and associated costs. The adoption fee helps up recuperate the thousands of dollars spent yearly on rehabilitation and allows us to continue to rescue animals in need. Company Overview

In order to provide these services, we work with the community shelters, rescue organizations, and individuals who have animals with special needs and place these animals in permanent homes after they reach a stage of wellness. Many of our rescued animals, especially those that were rescued from the shelters have medical needs that we take on to get them the care they need. We rely on tax deductible money donations as well as food and other pet supplies that will allow us to continue to save lives!

Do we have any followers in the PollockPines area?

The newest arrivals from the feedlot are in the trailer, and weā€™re not sure what happened to the truck, but itā€™s not drivable!

We have another truck headed to get the trailer but weā€™re 2 hours away and theyā€™re on the highway.

A few days ago one of our local animal control officers reached out to us about a very sweet little girl, Mia, who was bitten by another resident dog in her home. It sounded like it was a minor tift, but Mia is much smaller than the other dog, resulting in 1 small puncture and a 2nd laceration. The owners werenā€™t able to provide her with the medical attention she needed and the officer didnā€™t want her to have to be alone in the shelter. So she reached out and we welcomed her with open arms.
Hereā€™s what her foster has to say about her while sheā€™s recovering -
Talk about a super sweet little girl, this baby just wants to be touching and with us at all times! She sleeps under the covers, but must still be touching you! She looks like a little land shark lurking under the blankets! She has only had one little bark and I think itā€™s because she was startled, and then her own bark startled her again! She has met a few of our other dogs and has no fear, she thinks everyone is her best friend. Sheā€™s probably very confused as to why her last friend bit her. She is healing well and an absolute sweetheart!

We have some new faces here at PRU! This beautiful mama found herself in a shelter down south with her 4 newborn puppies with what appeared to be a snake bite, assumed to have happened protecting her pups from harm. One of our fosters saw the post from Save a Heeler - and the rest was a whirlwind! So many people jumped in to help get her out of the shelter,
pulled her and into a temporary foster nearby, and got her to the vet. Then a whole army came together to get her and the pups in the air with an amazing group of pilots with Pilots N Paws who each grabbed a leg of the long flight to get this little family here safely! A million thank - youā€™s to everyone involved! Josey and her pups are settled in to their foster home, and the pups are growing like weeds! We did a DNA when they got here and those results are wild! Josey is the sweetest mama who just wants to be next to us all the time, preferably touching if possible. Sheā€™s a great mom to these adorable little fluff balls! The puppies will be available for adoption in a few weeks, and Josey already has a forever home! Stay tuned for more pupdates!

Hi, this is our dog Manchee. He is a pit bull terrier, 2 years old, roughly 65 lbs, and we urgently need to find him a home. He has been nothing but amazing for our family but unfortunately we need to rehome him due to our sons severe eye condition. Being around any pet dander/fur is delaying his healing process. He has a condition that is causing ulcers in his eyes and the more bacteria/irritation he is exposed to, the harder it is for him to heal. Manchee is a great dog, he loves to play, cuddle, and eat lots of treats. Heā€™s great with kids of all ages including infants, and great with all other dogs. Heā€™s 100% house trained, has never had an accident in the house and he knows to be vocal and get your attention when he has to go potty or is hungry/thirsty. He is honestly just a big baby that loves attention. He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Looking to find him a home as soon as possible, we are located in Ripon, CA

Meet DjangošŸ¾

He is a beautiful neutered male, GSD and Belgian Malinois mix. He is 5 years old and he loves playing ball and snuggling. He even snuggles with his ball.

Because of his Malinois high prey drive he would do best with someone with experience with Belgian Malinois and no small animals.

He does well out and about with his owner but is very home protective. His previous owner was deployed and had made a 3 year commitment with the military and was very sad to leave Django. He has been with our family ever since awaiting his forever home.

Meet Gunner! šŸ¾

Gunner is a beautiful purebred German Shepherd who is a year and a half old. Heā€™s a very sweet, playful, and affectionate boy who loves spending time with people and is easy to play with.

Gunner is potty trained, crate trained and great in the house. He is well-behaved indoors and knows several basic commands, including sit, stay, come, and lay down. He has also done well around other dogs, particularly dogs that are fixed.

Gunner is not currently neutered, but he has a wonderful personality and is a loving, playful dog who would make a great companion for the right home. ā¤ļø

They have been thru enough, that poor mare looks like she hasnā€™t had proper feed in a really long time, and now their fate is set. Without a miracle, donations to cover their bail, Coggins and transport, they will ship tomorrow morning. Heā€™s just a baby, sheā€™s a new mom. How unfair is this deck theyā€™ve been dealt! šŸ„ŗ
