I wanted to say a huge thanks to the Virginia Taxidermy Association for putting on a great show. The judges were so amazing and everyone is so supportive. I jumped in the deep end of carcass casting for my two baby foxes and was awarded Most Artistic Piece awarded by Ingles Woodworks as well as two seconds in the professional division. My whitetail got a second in professional and my backpack bear received a first in commercial.

I had a great time at the Mountain State Taxidermy Championship in flatwoods this weekend! Decided to take two customer mounts
One whitetail commercial buck -1st
Bearded Hen in Professional - Third Place
Habitat- Second Place
I also had a wall pedistal buck entered in the professional class which took home a second place in professional and won the peoples choice whitetail award!
Big thanks to the WVTA for putting on a great show!
