Hey friends,
Long and long overdue post warning:
I have been in business in Washington for 14 years, over those years I have accumulated ALOT of clients, some are very regular, some come and go. I love all yall. That being said, 14 years of dog grooming will take a toll on your body, wrists and upper body especially, I have carpal tunnel and have developed ganglion cysts on my wrist around the joints. Also some of you know I’m a competitive powerlifter. That being said I’m going to have to start limiting who I take on, once a year pets, extremely matted pets who do not get on a regular schedule, pets coming to me in an extremely poor condition I will now be turning away. Even regular clients that repeatedly bring in matted dogs that don’t want shave down but arent willing to bring them in for maintenance or brush at home. Its hard on my body, and my heart. Second, I have 3 very involved children and their schedules are wild sometimes, I appreciate all of you for working with me on scheduling as much as I work with you, but — constant cancellations and no shows will result in no more appointments being scheduled.
I have never in 14 years charged someone for no showing, unfortunately that may have to change, or prepaying appointments before future scheduling.
I have to be fair to myself here, I keep prices incredibly low but if it comes to losing money it no longer makes sense for my family.
I appreciate you all look forward to getting to take care of your pets!
Call or text 724-678-4846 for appointments!
