🎉🐾 WONDERFUL NEWS — WREN HAS BEEN ADOPTED! 🐾🎉

Our sweet foster girl Wren has officially found her forever home! ❤️🏡

Wren came to us as one of the Belgian Malinois puppies available for adoption through Work Dog Rescue, and we were fortunate to be able to play a small part in her journey by providing her with a foster home while she waited for her family.

Now the wait is over!

Work Dog Rescue has found Wren her forever home, and we couldn't be happier for this beautiful girl and her new family. 🐕❤️

It was a pleasure getting to know Wren, watching her grow, and giving her a safe place to land while Work Dog Rescue worked to find the right home for her.

A huge congratulations to Wren and her new family, and a special thank-you to Work Dog Rescue for everything they do to give dogs like Wren the opportunity for a wonderful future.

We'll miss having you around, Wren—but this is exactly the goodbye we were hoping for. ❤️

🐾 Most Improved Spotlight: Ollie! 🐾

If we had to pick a Most Improved student right now, Ollie would definitely be in the running! 🌟

Ollie is a 2-year-old Retriever mix who is officially halfway through his on- and off-leash training program, and the transformation we’re seeing has been wonderful.

When Ollie first arrived, he was struggling with separation anxiety, aloofness, and some destructive tendencies. Underneath all of that, though, was a good dog who simply needed structure, consistency, and clear expectations.

Now we’re watching Ollie develop into a well-behaved, attentive pup who is eager to learn. He’s engaging more, making better choices, and discovering that working with his trainer can actually be pretty rewarding! 🐶💪

We still have another half of his training journey ahead of us, but we are incredibly proud of how far this guy has already come. Keep it up, Ollie — you’re learning how to be one very good boy! ❤️🐾

🎉🐾 AXIS HAS BEEN ADOPTED! 🐾🎉

We have some wonderful news to share — Axis has officially found his forever home! ❤️🏡

This handsome 1-year-old Shepherd came to us as an owner surrender due to circumstances beyond his control. During his time at LCS, Axis completed his training, showed us just how sweet and loving he is, and made plenty of friends — both two-legged and four-legged.

Now the waiting is over. Axis has a family of his very own! 🥹❤️

We couldn’t be happier for this special boy and his new family. Congratulations, Axis! We hope your new life is filled with adventures, belly rubs, treats, and all the love you deserve.

🐾 Look Who’s Back — It’s Bugs! 🐾

Do you remember Bugs? ❤️ This sweet boy spent several years with us at LCS, patiently waiting for that just-right forever home. We shared his story, cheered him on, and hoped that one day the perfect family would come along — and they did! 🏡🐶

Today, Bugs is back with us, but this time it’s for boarding and a little training refresh. And WOW… does this boy look good! 😍

There’s something extra special about seeing a former long-term resident come back happy, healthy, loved, and clearly living his best life. We couldn’t be happier for Bugs or more grateful to the family who gave him the forever home he waited so long to find.

**Akira is a beautiful 5-year-old German Shepherd** who has been waiting patiently for her forever home. She’s smart, energetic, playful, housebroken, healthy, and already has something many adoptable dogs don’t—a **solid obedience foundation.**

🎓 **Akira comes trained!**

She knows sit, walks beautifully on a slack leash, comes when called, can hold an impressive **20–30 minute stay**, and even knows a **down out of motion**. She has the skills—now she needs someone who will give her the structure, guidance, and love she deserves.

🐾 Axis Is STILL Looking for His Forever Home! 🐾

We can't believe this handsome guy is still available!

Axis is a 1-year-old neutered male Shepherd who came to us as an owner surrender. Since arriving, he has shown us what a sweet, well-rounded young dog he truly is. He's up to date on his vaccinations and has been getting along well with the other dogs here at the kennel.

And now we have an exciting update…

🎓 Axis is trained both ON and OFF leash!

He's put in the work and has developed a great foundation of obedience and manners. Someone isn't just adopting a wonderful young Shepherd—they're getting a dog who already has valuable training under his belt.

Meet BB, a beautiful 3-year-old Aussie who’s back with us and ready to take her training to the next level with off-leash work! 🐶✨

BB came back with a fantastic attitude and is eager to do her very best. That willingness to work makes training so much fun, and we’re excited to build on the skills she already has while developing the reliability and focus needed for off-leash freedom.
