🐾 Happy National Dog Day! 🐾

Today we celebrate all the dogs and puppies who have found their way to our farm. We’ve had 5 stray female dogs randomly appear in the last 2 years, all under 3 years old. And then there’s those we’ve helped place, and truly rescue.

They all came with their own story. Some were scared and confused, sick, underweight or just plain unwanted and literally dumped here. They all just needed someone to give them a chance. 💔

Getting to know them, watching their personalities wiggle their way through the fear, and watching them learn that they’re safe, makes the added challenge of caring for them so worth it.

And then there’s the beautiful reward of watching them find their person❣️

There’s nothing like seeing one of our pups leave with a family who is completely in love with them. Their very own person. Furever. ❤️

Today, we’re celebrating all our Furvivors 🐾 our farm pups, those who have found forever homes, and the families and volunteers who have been part of their stories.

Every one is special. They steal hearts in so many ways. And every one leaves a little piece of themselves here with us. 🐾❤️

AM and PM shifts needed!
No experience needed to start! Volunteering at Furvivors is a great way to start working with horses and get hands on learning!

Requirements:
✅ Must be 16 or older with valid ID
✅ Strong work ethic
✅ Quick learner
✅ Ability to work independently, after training
✅ Horse experience preferred but not necessary
✅ Appreciation for farm work
✅ Team mentality
✅ No drama perspective
✅ Strong desire to give back to those in need
✅ 2 hour (minimal) weekly commitments preferred
✅ Clear background check
