🌸🐾 Goodbye May — Hello Summer! 🐾🌸

As we wrap up the last day of May, I just want to say THANK YOU to all of my amazing clients and their wonderful pups for another month full of wagging tails, puppy kisses, and fresh grooms. 💕

May brought lots of desheds, summer cuts, muddy paws, and so many sweet faces through the salon doors — and I’m so grateful for every single one of you. 🛁✨

Keeping your pup on a consistent grooming schedule isn’t just about looking cute — it’s an important part of their overall health and comfort! 🐶🛁

I recommend grooming every 4–6 weeks for most dogs to help maintain a healthy coat, skin, nails, and ears. Staying on schedule helps prevent:
• Matting and painful tangles
• Excess shedding and buildup
• Overgrown nails
• Skin irritation and odor
• Ear issues and discomfort

Regular grooming also helps your dog become more comfortable with the process, making appointments less stressful and more enjoyable over time. Consistency is especially important for doodles, double-coated breeds, and pups with longer hair. ✂️✨

🐾 🐶Dog of the Week: Odin🐶🐾

Meet handsome Odin — our favorite gentle giant! ❤️ This sweet Bernese Mountain Dog has been coming to me since he was just 12 weeks old, and now he’s officially 3 years and 3 months old! Watching him grow from a fluffy little puppy into the big lovable boy he is today has been such a privilege.

Odin has always been a sweetheart during his grooming appointments, and his calm personality, goofy smiles, and giant cuddles make everyone’s day a little brighter. From puppy baths to full desheds and tidy-ups, he’s been part of the family every step of the way. 🛁✨

Thank you to Odin’s family for trusting me with his care all these years. It means the world to grow alongside my clients and their pups! 💙

At Roll Over every haircut comes with a bath and it’s for a very important reason…
A clean coat is essential for a safe even, and comfortable groom. Dirt, oils, and loose undercoat can make it difficult to achieve a smooth haircut and may even cause discomfort during the grooming process

Please welcome the newest member of the crew — Sonny! 🐾
My new Australian Shepherd puppy from Badlands Australian Shepherds and future sports + show prospect 💙

This little guy is already showing so much promise. He’s doing amazing on leash work, building tons of toy drive for agility, and most importantly learning how to create a strong, lasting relationship built on trust, confidence, and teamwork.

I’m so excited for this journey together and can’t wait to watch him grow both in and out of the ring. ✨

Here’s to the beginning of many adventures, training sessions, and unforgettable memories together. Welcome home, Sonny 🐶💫

MYTH: “Short-haired dogs don’t need grooming because they barely shed.”
FACT: Short-haired dogs can shed a lot those tiny hairs end up everywhere! Regular grooming helps remove loose fur, reduce shedding around your home, keep the coat healthy, and prevent skin irritation.
Even short-haired breeds still need:
