But honestly? The most rewarding part of what I do isn't showing what I can do with a dog. It’s teaching owners how to step into that driver's seat and achieve things with their dogs they once thought only a professional could do.

When should I bring my puppy in for training?
I usually recommend 16 to 20 weeks old based on how I structure my programs. But training actually starts the day you bring them home!
If you're waiting until that 16 week mark, here is the #1 thing you should work on yourself: Teaching a positive marker.
Here’s how I’m doing it with 10 week old Coco Dzifa before she flies out to Ghana:
1️⃣ First week home: Pure exploration, building confidence, and settling in.
2️⃣ Second week: Building her positive marker word, "YES!"
Timing is everything here: always say the word BEFORE moving your hand toward your treat pouch or pocket.
Notice in the video how I say "YES" first, then reach for the treat. This teaches her that the marker word itself predicts the reward not the movement of my hand.
Build that communication bridge early, and the formal training later will be effortless!
