Everest (Rylie’s dog) is managing the front desk today. Such a great receptionist!

​After crunching the numbers (and a few ink cartridges), she has issued an executive order: Animal Clinic of Union will be CLOSED for Labor Day!

​We’ll reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday so our hardworking staff can rest, recharge, and sneak barbecue scraps to their own pets. Have a safe and treat-filled long weekend! 🐾

We might be a little late to the paw-ty, but we couldn’t let the week end without celebrating National Dog Day! 🐾

Ever wonder how we collect urine from our feline patients? 🐈🔬

Chloe is here today to help us demonstrate!

​Step 1: We remove anything from the kennel that could soak up the sample, like blankets or soft bedding.

​Step 2: We add a clean litter box with special non-absorbent plastic pellets. This lets cats like Chloe still have the satisfaction of digging around without ruining the sample! 🐾

​Step 3: Once they do their business, we collect the sample and run the urinalysis. Easy peasy! ✨

🏖️ Dr. Sarah is heading out on vacation! 🏖️

​Starting next week, July 13th–17th, Dr. Sarah will be away from the clinic spending some well-deserved quality time with her family. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️

​She will be back in the office and ready to see your furry family members on Monday, July 20th.

​🐾 Note to our clinic family: If you need to schedule an appointment or refill a prescription before she leaves, give us a call! Our regular staff will still be here to help you while she's catching up on some R&R.

Patients of the day are adoptable kittens!

We are pleased to introduce four of the many kittens currently in the care of Rescue Movement Alliance.

These babies are getting their first round of vaccines and second round of dewormer today. Wish them luck!
