This might ruffle some feathers, but
STOP listing Supreme K9 as your service dog trainer on DOT forms if we did NOT train your dog as such.
Doing this is fraudulent, and it is becoming a serious problem for legitimate service dog teams. It can also jeopardize your travel plans, damage our company’s reputation, and make things harder for people who are legitimately going through a service dog program.
If you want to pursue service dog training with Supreme K9, I offer this service—but your dog must go through a rigorous evaluation first. Not every dog is an appropriate candidate for service work.
The ADA does allow individuals to self-train their own service dogs. What is not acceptable is falsely putting a professional trainer or company down as the trainer when they did not provide that training.
Do not use our name on documentation unless we actually trained your dog and I myself endorse you as a Service Dog team.
We take service dog work seriously, and we will not compromise our reputation or the integrity of legitimate service dog teams.
