🚨🐾 4 SAFE. 6 STILL WAITING. 🐾🚨

Today showed what happens when a community comes together.

We started with 10 dogs urgently needing help from Gladewater Animal Control. Thanks to supporters, fosters, adopters, and advocates, Bishop, Fall, Murphy, and Winter are now SAFE! ❤️

But our work isn't finished.

Domino, Duncan, Hershell, Minnie, Phyllis, and Shelby are still waiting for someone to say "yes."

Hi, I'm Charlie! ❤️

I'm a 6-year-old Yorkie/Pug mix looking for a new family to call my own. My family needs to find me a new home through no fault of my own, and they're hoping to find someone who will love me as much as they do.

Here's a little about me:
🐶 Good with dogs of all sizes
🐱 Good with cats
❤️ No known behavioral problems
🚗 I LOVE car rides!
🏡 I'm happiest being an inside dog
🛋️ I'm a true lap dog who wants to be beside my people
☀️ The Texas heat is NOT my friend! I was born to be an indoor companion.

I'm not sure how I feel about small children, so a home with older children or adults may be the best fit.

What I really want is pretty simple: a loving person or family who will let me be their little shadow and keep me close. Whether we're relaxing at home or going for a car ride, I'm happiest when I'm with my people. 🥰

Minnie is a 2-year-old Leopard Cur mix weighing about 50 pounds. The perfect medium-sized girl. 😉 She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and dog friendly.

🚨 EMERGENCY PLEA FOR 10 DOGS IN GLADEWATER 🚨

These ten beautiful dogs are on the euthanasia list due to overcrowding at Gladewater Animal Control.

They are not broken. They are not unwanted. They simply need somewhere to go.

Right now, we are urgently seeking:
