Stop by Two Harbors Super One Foods between now and May 11th and you can round up for LCHS at the register!! This is a huge fundraiser for our little shelter, and we thank Super One Foods for once again offering this to us! Your donations at the register will go directly to LCHS and our mission. One of our awesome volunteers brought her dog with to play with Zara today…and she loved it!!
And yes, Zara is STILL with us! We can’t believe it!
This sweet girl deserves to have a home to call her own. She is tired of being stuck in a kennel day in and day out. She is looking for a home that will be active with her during the day, and a master snuggler at night.
In the case you missed our previous posts about her, Zara is a 9 month old black Mastiff/GS/Lab/Great Pyrenees mix.
Her adoption fee is $300.00 (to cover the cost of her spay/vaccines/dewormer) BUT $100.00 has been generously donated so we can find her a forever home!

ADOPTED!!

“Violet” is the sweetest little momma around town! She was brought to us as a stray after having kittens in the industrial park. NO more unwanted pregnancies and kittens for Violet! She’s now a free woman, and loving life!
She sooooooo lovely! And will follow you everywhere. She likes to chat and throughly enjoys eating.
Because she was a momma, it seems she would do best in a home where she can be an only child. Unless the other animals left her alone, then she probably would be okay.
Violet is now spayed, vaccinated and dewormed.
Let’s find her the perfect, forever home that she deserves! 🐈

Meet “BB”!
This super sweet and gentle female Tortishell was brought to us a couple weeks ago after being found near the Ski Hill/Waldo Road area in Two Harbors. She has yet to be claimed. She came to us already spayed, so we have now updated her vaccines and dewormed her.
It sure would be nice to find her owners, but if we are unable to do that, she will be available for adoption.
She is very kind and really enjoys attention. She also has quite the motor box on her!
