🐾 Important Update: New Booking Policy & Consent Forms

Hi Pet Care By Michele family!
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the safest and most reliable care for your pets, we are rolling out an updated Pet Care Consent Form and a new booking policy.
• What to expect: Over the next few days, you will receive a prompt directly inside your Walkies pet care portal asking you to review and sign our updated consent form.
• New Policy Update: Moving forward, a 50% deposit will be due at the time of booking for all boarding and in-home care services to secure your pet's spot.
• Why it matters: This update helps us manage our calendar efficiently, prevents last-minute cancellations, and ensures our emergency protocols and care guidelines remain fully current.
• What you need to do: Please log into your Walkies account, follow the notification prompt to digitally sign the form, and complete the deposit for any upcoming overnight care.
If you have any questions about this update or need help with the portal, feel free to reach out to us.

Thank you so much for your cooperation and for continuing to trust us with your furry family members!

Good morning! 🐾
I am super excited to share some amazing news: thanks to your incredible support, my business has grown by 77% this year!
To help me continue providing the absolute best care for your fur babies,
I am adding Angie Monroe to the team!
She is a fantastic helping hand and is fully covered under my business insurance for your complete peace of mind.
Here is what this means for you:
• The same great care (with an extra layer of love): I will still be personally caring for your pets alongside Angie. This change will not affect any of your scheduled boarding, in-home care, or visits unless otherwise authorized by you.
• Seamless payments: I will continue to handle all invoicing, and you can keep using the exact same payment method.
I am so incredibly grateful for your continued trust in me. We can't wait to keep loving on your fur babies! ❤️
