Caring Friends Cat Rescue WE ARE A 501(C)3 NON PROFIT, ALL VOLUNTEER-RUN, NO-KILL, CAT RESCUE. Through spaying, neutering, foster care and finding permanent homes for cats and kittens.

Our rescue's mission is to rescue and rehabilitate as many abandoned and neglected cats as we can each year. This includes vetting, feeding and housing them until we are able to find permanent homes. We also help with feral cats through our TNR and feeding program as well as rehabilitation of the kittens, enabling them to be adopted into homes. As you recall, Sunny is the kitty who had bladder stones. Thank you to everyone who helped with her surgery bill! Because of you, she is now happily in her new home. 💕🙂

URGENT URGENT URGENT!!!!! SUNNY WAS SURRENDERED TO US ONLY A WEEK AGO!

SHE NEEDS TO HAVE SURGERY ASAP! SHE IS IN PAIN AND CAN GET BLOCKED AT ANYTIME AND DIE!
We as a small rescue now do not have emergency funds available to do this for her. The owners did not tell us that she had a problem.

Sunny was surrendered (“donated”) to us a week ago Sunday. We noticed that she was using the litterbox frequently but not p*eing much. Took her to the vet hoping for a simple UTI. Nope! Huge bladder stone! This did not grow overnight! We suspect this was the real reason she was surrendered to us. Maybe it was causing her to p*e outside the box?

This is very painful for her! Poor baby cries whenever she tries to urinate. She urgently needs surgery to have the stone removed. Please help us help Sunny!

Vet thinks it’s a bad infection from his tooth that traveled up his sinuses and to the top of his head and formed a lump...

Vet thinks it’s a bad infection from his tooth that traveled up his sinuses and to the top of his head and formed a lump. That’s why he sounds all snotty. I thought it was a cold. When he squeezed the lump, blood came out of his nose! We did a blood panel today to see if he’s okay for dental surgery.

Sasha is 12 years old. The only one in his litter that never got adopted.

He was very opinionated at the vet today, even after the Gabapentin!
