Nightly rates cover a 24 hour period from drop‑off to pick‑up.
If pick‑up is more than 2 hours later than the original drop‑off time:
- 2–8 extra hours: +50% of the nightly rate (per pet)
Drop off/Pick up hours:
8 am - 8 pm
