Martin finished off the spring field trial season by winning the NDSSC Amateur running for his owner, Donnie Jordan. Donnie had a fabulous day, finishing the trial with all three dogs: Alice, Cora, and Martin. Alice is the dam to both Martin and Cora. It was a family affair! Great job Donnie!

Back to back wins earned this good boy his Field Championship. What’s so special about today was his owner, Corey Mulhair, as well as his breeder, Mark Entzi, got to watch him earn his title. He had a fabulous day and I feel so blessed to get to handle this dog. Thank you Corey, for trusting me with your dog ❤️

I can’t thank NDSSC enough for supporting me through Chairing my first field trial. A tremendous amount of work goes into putting on a trial and I’m fortunate to have a club that has made it feel easy. Thank you to the judges for taking time to watch our dogs and the gunners for helping make our dogs look good!

Dakota Sunset’s One More Coulee At Prairie Fauna “Coulee” with a first place in the Open at the Lewis & Clark Spaniel Club Field Trial. Coulee made his debut into the All-age world this spring and started his career off with a bang! Earning his blue ribbon his second weekend competing with the big guys. So proud of this little dog and so excited for the bright future ahead of us ❤️

Thank you to the club, judges, and gunners for a phenomenal trial. The cover was so fun, challenging, and perfect for a cocker.

Up for consideration: three-year-old vizsla “Hitch” NA2

Very experienced wild bird dog with success on numerous species and has been hunted each year since he was five months old. Steady to flush and reliable, natural retrieve. Mostly a close working dog with occasional big casts. Fantastic house dog who is extremely cuddly and affectionate with a solid off switch. He has been an inside dog his whole life. Potty trained, place trained, crate trained, great in a kennel. He is neutered and will be on limited registration.

Hitch needs a household where he is the only dog with no children. However, he typically gets along with older dogs. He is reliably kind to older females and currently lives with a neutered male with proper supervision. I will require Hitch to go to an owner who will keep him inside and part of the family. Hunting home not required. He is very happy being a couch potato with some daily light exercise.

Craney Hill’s Mister Martin Stripe “Martin” had a great weekend at the Houston ESS Club Field Trial. He earned 1st place in the first Open and 4th place in the second Open. I’m so proud of this boy!
