Today we’re celebrating one of the sassiest, sweetest, and most lovable little breeds around — the Chihuahua! Tiny but full of personality, these pups always know how to steal the spotlight.

We also want to give a very special HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY to Chelsea! 🥳 Since Chihuahuas are her favorite breed, we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate her than on National Chihuahua Day! 🦜This little guy came in to see us for his overgrown beak. He was an excellent patient, and allowed our technicians to practice bird handling! Dr. Campbell also demonstrated the safety precautions when it comes to a beak and nail trim on avian patients. Just like us, birds also have a quick in their nails and beaks. We have attached an educational website about avian care for our followers to read!🐦
