After 38 years as a practicing veterinarian and 32 years as a practice co-owner, the time has come to explore the next chapter of my life. On June 10th, I will retire from Tupelo Small Animal Hospital as a practicing veterinarian. Practicing veterinary medicine has been an honor, a privilege, and a blessing. I am especially grateful to the many families and individuals that have trusted me with their beloved family pets. I will always have the fondest memories of them all and will truly miss them. Going to work as a veterinarian everyday would not have been possible, nor much fun, without my colleagues and the dedicated support staff at TSAH over the past 32 years. I may be retiring from practice, but I will always be a veterinarian at heart. Thank you from the bottom of heart for allowing me to serve your families. I’m excited about the next best chapter ahead for my own family.

One of our clients is looking to rehome a sweet adult cat! This is a note from the client:
"We have a sweet, loving cat that needs a good, loving home. Her current owner is no longer able to care for her. She would need to be an inside cat since she has no front claws. She has been a one person owner for some years now. Looking for someone to give her the love she has had for years!"

Our hospital will be closed for the afternoon on Friday, April 3rd for observance of Good Friday. We will be open that morning and Saturday, April 4th as usual. There will be no Sunday discharge on Easter. Thank you.
