We recently became aware that our email system was compromised, resulting in unauthorized emails being sent to a number of our clients and partner clinics.

The issue has been addressed and corrected. Based on our investigation, the only information accessed was email addresses. No other sensitive information was accessed.

As a precaution, please do not click on any links in emails you received from us within the last few days, particularly if the message seems unusual or unexpected.

We have included an example of the fraudulent message for reference.

We sincerely apologize for any concern or confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. If you are unsure whether an email you received from us is legitimate, please contact us directly before clicking any links or taking action. The Oklahoma summer heat is in full force, and this week is especially hot. If it feels hot to you, itā€™s even harder on your pets.

A few important reminders:

Outdoor time. Stick to early mornings and evenings. Avoid midday heat and direct sun, especially for puppies, seniors, and flat-faced breeds who have a harder time cooling down.

Hydration. Keep fresh water available at all times, indoors and out. Heat exhaustion can happen quickly.

Pavement. Check it before heading out. If you canā€™t comfortably hold your hand on the pavement for five seconds, itā€™s too hot for their paws.

Never in the car. Even with the windows cracked. Temperatures inside a parked car can become dangerous within minutes.

Know the signs. Heavy panting, excessive drooling, lethargy, vomiting, weakness, confusion, difficulty breathing, or collapse can all be signs of heat stress.

If your pet shows signs of overheating, move them to a cool, shaded or air-conditioned space and begin cooling them with cool, not cold, water. Call us immediately if they arenā€™t improving or symptoms are severe.
