Say hello to L.E.N.A. 🐾❤️

This sweet rescue girl is joining us for a 3 week Board & Train program! Compared to her siblings, L.E.N.A. is the calm, easy-going one of the bunch. She loves to please, enjoys learning, and has such a gentle personality that makes her a joy to work with.

Her family’s goal is to help her become the perfect travel companion — a dog they can confidently take out on adventures, outings, and everyday activities. 🌎🐶

Now… while she may not be as vocal as her sisters, L.E.N.A. definitely has opinions to share when it comes to birds, squirrels, and other dogs. 😂 If she wants attention, she’s not afraid to use her voice to let everyone know!

During her stay we’ll be focusing on:
🐾 Obedience and engagement
🐾 Public socialization
🐾 Confidence in new environments
🐾 Calm behavior around distractions
🐾 Building reliable manners for everyday outings

Meet E.V.E. 🐾💥

This sweet girl is hanging out with us for 2 weeks of refresher training and socialization work! E.V.E. has a BIG hound voice and isn’t afraid to use it when she feels unsure — especially around some men. Her bark says, “Please stay back!” but we’re helping her learn that she doesn’t always need to handle situations that way. ❤️

During her stay, we’ll be focusing on:
🐶 Building confidence in new situations
🐶 Socializing around different people
🐶 Better listening skills (yes… using those ears, E.V.E. 👂😂)
🐶 Working through uncertainty in a calm, structured way

Training isn’t about “shutting a dog down” — it’s about helping them feel safe, confident, and successful while teaching clear communication and boundaries.

We can’t wait to show everyone her progress over the next couple weeks! 🎉🐾

If you've been following us since the beginning then you know several years ago we did a chalk paint photo session with Luke and Duncan. Well, Ranger decided he wanted his photo taken too!

Now we have to get Odin's photos done!

We have added a new member to our human family and no, training doesn't stop! Training changes to fit our schedule, needs and owners desires!

Here we have Scout out for some Exposure training in public settings with dogs being present. Scout is a therapy dog with some traumatic experiences with dogs on leash so we are out to teach him he doesn't have to react when he sees them and that he is safe and can relax.

Taking children with you to train can be difficult but I'm lucky to have an amazing 3 year old who is independent and a newborn thats pretty chill! Scout is an easy boy to work with which makes it even easier!

🐾 Meet Scott! 🐾

Scott is an adorable 11-month-old Havanese currently enrolled in our 2 Week Board & Train Program with RG's K-9 Obedience⁠� ❤️

Scott is a sweet boy who struggles with fear and confidence in new situations, around unfamiliar people, and in different environments. During his stay, we’ll be focusing on:

✨ Building confidence
✨ Positive socialization with new people
✨ Exposure to new environments
✨ Creating calm, positive experiences
✨ Helping him feel safe and secure while traveling and when guests visit the home

His mom’s goal is to be able to confidently have friends and family over, while also enjoying trips and adventures with Scott by her side — and we’re excited to help make that happen! 🐶✈️

Confidence building takes patience, trust, and consistency, and Scott is already taking the first steps toward becoming a more comfortable and confident pup. We can’t wait to share his progress over the next 2 weeks! 💙

Scout is spending 2 weeks with RG’s K-9 Obedience for a personalized Board & Train program! 🐾

This handsome therapy dog is working on:
✔️ Confidence around other dogs while on leash
✔️ Building confidence in everyday situations
✔️ Refreshing obedience skills and manners

Even the best dogs benefit from a refresher course to help keep their skills sharp and confidence strong! We’re excited to help Scout continue being the amazing companion and therapy dog he’s meant to be. 💙

Odin the tiny but mighty Mini Schnauzer!

Odin is our 1 year old Mini Schnauzer who was eager to have a training session!

It is important to work with your dogs daily, even if it is just 5 minutes! We want to make sure our sessions are intentional, rewarding and successful!

Even if your dog knows their basic commands you can always challenge them in different way to make your dog better and to create a better bond with you and your dog!

If you have questions on how to challenge your dog or just have training questions in general please don't hesitate to reach out!
