Atlas is looking for his "retirement placement"—though at just one year old, he has enough energy to power a small city! If you’ve been looking for a high-octane Corgi with personality for days, Atlas is your man.
The Details:
The Quirks: True to his breed, Atlas is a dedicated herder. This means he’s prone to "nippy" behaviors when he’s on the clock. He needs a savvy owner who understands Corgi drive and is committed to continued training.
Social Life: He’s a total ladies' man! He also plays well with neutered males. While he’d thrive as an "only child," we are open to homes with other dogs if you have breed experience and the patience for slow, structured introductions.
The Ground Rules: No small children, please! Atlas needs an adult-only environment where his boundaries are respected. Never caused me room to be alarmed but does avoid kids.
Energy Levels: He is crate trained, but don't let that fool you—he needs significant daily exercise. A bored Atlas is a barking Atlas!
Health: Fully up to date on vaccines and deworming. He’s healthy, fueled up, and ready for liftoff!
Owner notes: Atlas has been such an amazing boy. We love him dearly and I would love for our home to be his permanent placement but we also know he will thrive with the right family. He was born with high energy and needs room to run in an early retirement. He loves most soft toys that squeek and Crunchy O's.
